Messaging channels

EZPZ Calling is an AI voice calling platform with optional SMS follow-up. Campaigns are delivered primarily as AI voice calls placed to contacts you have lawful basis to call; SMS may be used as a secondary channel for appointment reminders, receipts, opt-out confirmations, and short follow-ups tied to an active voice conversation.

SMS carrier compliance

All SMS traffic sent through EZPZ Calling remains subject to U.S. mobile carrier and CTIA messaging requirements, including 10DLC brand/campaign registration, sender identification in the first message of a program, clear opt-in language at the point of collection, and honoring STOP, HELP, and equivalent opt-out keywords. You are responsible for your own sender registration, consent records, message content, and HELP/STOP flow configuration. EZPZ Calling may suspend SMS delivery for any account that is not in carrier compliance.

TCPA and recorded-call consent for AI voice calls

AI-delivered voice calls placed through EZPZ Calling are regulated under the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), related FCC rules on artificial or prerecorded voice calls, and state telemarketing, robocall, and all-party/one-party call recording laws. You are responsible for obtaining and retaining the level of consent required for each contact and call purpose (typically prior express written consent for marketing calls using an artificial or prerecorded voice to wireless numbers), for honoring Do-Not-Call and revocation requests, and for disclosing that the caller is an AI agent and that the call may be recorded at the start of the conversation where your jurisdiction requires it. EZPZ Calling provides configurable disclosure and recording-consent prompts; keeping those prompts enabled and accurate for the jurisdictions you dial is your responsibility.
