These rules apply to your whole account (all campaigns). Appointments and callbacks share the same slots. Pick a US IANA time zone so slots match local wall clock. After saving here, open Campaign → AI Agent and click Save AI agent on each voice line — until that runs, the AI agent may not have the booking tool, and it must not claim a time is saved.
